Stable temperature control
The Preform Injection mold is equipped with a single-point needle valve-controlled hot runner system, and the system temperature control accuracy can be stabilized at ±1°C. This configuration ensures that the PET raw material is continuously molten during the injection process, avoiding thermal degradation and cold material phenomena.
High injection uniformity
Each cavity in the Preform Injection mold independently controls the injection, combined with the optimized runner and gate structure, so that the filling speed difference of each cavity is controlled within 2%, ensuring high consistency when multiple cavities are injected simultaneously.
High material utilization rate
With the needle valve hot runner design in the Preform Injection system, can efficiently control the flow of raw material melt, avoid the generation of cold material and dead corner retention, so that the utilization rate of PET raw materials reaches more than 98%, and compared with the cold runner system, it can reduce about 8% of the material waste in each mold injection.
