Semi-Automatic PET Blowing Machine

A semi-automatic PET bottle blowing machine is mechanical equipment used to produce PET plastic bottles, which are mainly used to produce edible oil bottles, beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, cosmetic bottles, pesticide bottles, medicine bottles, etc. It is suitable for various containers, and can blow up to 40L containers. It is ideal for packaging containers made of PET-PP plastics. A semi-automatic PET bottle blowing machine usually consists of two parts: a bottle blowing machine and a bottle preform heater. The bottle performs are heated by a special lamp tube, which is uniform and fast; each action is driven by a cylinder, which is pollution-free and low-noise; it adopts a double-bend connecting rod clamping, and the clamping force is strong. It has stable operation, low power consumption, broad applicability, reasonable structure, and convenient maintenance. The machine is easy to operate and only requires one person, and no special training is required.

The pre-blowing function helps the preform material separate from the stretching rod during the stretching process by adjusting the appropriate pressure and time settings to avoid material cooling and adhesion problems caused by contact. This ensures that the bottle wall material can achieve the expected material distribution and correct stretching in the height direction without premature contact with the inner wall of the mold. In addition, pre-blowing also helps to reduce the uneven wall thickness caused by sagging, enhance the fusion strength of the cut part of the preform, and improve the molding quality of the bottom of the container. Through pre-blowing, the shape and size of the bottle can be adjusted, and the range of molding different containers using different dies is expanded to select the appropriate container aspect ratio according to the required range.

The PET bottle-blowing machine is divided into two control systems: bottle-blowing and oven systems. Customers can choose the appropriate model according to actual production requirements. The machine is simple and safe to operate and adopts dual emergency stop control at different positions, as well as single-point motion reminder buttons and double-point motion start buttons at different positions, which makes it convenient for operators to work. The machine only needs one person to operate and does not require special training. The machine has a special high and low-pressure air storage device inside. Users can use single or dual air sources for air supply. The machine is very simple to install and easy for operators to operate and maintain.

After the equipment is finished producing every day, a clean rag is used to remove dust and oil from the surface of the machine, and dust and residues on key parts such as ovens and molds are regularly cleaned. Guide rails, bearings, and other transmission and mold clamping parts that need lubrication should be lubricated adequately by replacing lubricants or grease according to the manufacturer's recommended schedule. Before equipment production, check whether the power cables and wires are worn or damaged, and replace them if necessary; check the status of components such as the oven temperature module and heating lamps; ensure that the mold is installed accurately and centered, check whether the mold fixing screws and bolts are loose, and tighten them in time to avoid product defects due to deviations.
