Accurate size

Maintance
- Lubricate key parts of the mold regularly, such as between the template and the tie rod, between the slider and the push plate, etc.
- During lubrication, maintenance personnel need to keep the operating environment safe and hygienic.
- Use lubricating oil and apply it evenly to the lubrication area according to the step-by-step operation of the injection molding machine.
- Clean up excess lubricating oil in time after lubrication to prevent contamination of other parts of the mold and affect the mold accuracy.
- After lubrication, the injection molding machine can control the mold to repeat the action 3 to 5 times to optimize the lubrication effect.
- According to the structure, material, and frequency of use of the mold, adjust the lubrication frequency and follow the instructions.
