PET Preform Molding

The preform mold incorporates a hot runner system in PET preform molding, maintaining the raw materials in a molten state within the runner to prevent solidification. In production, the injection machine and the mold temperature controller set the heating temperature according to the material, accurately managing the plastic melt temperature within the mold's hot runner system. It ensures that the PET raw melt enters the mold cavity more uniformly and consistently. The residual stress and deformation of the product after demolding are minimized, enhancing product quality and generating no waste material.

Mold parts are used in advanced processing equipment in China and abroad to ensure the precise size of mold accessories, such as the MAZAK CNC machine, and avoid defects in assembly molds. After the mold is completed, running tests will be carried out. All tests must meet the requirements before it can be shipped. Spare parts are provided for quick replacement of vulnerable parts.
