The fully automatic PET blowing machine system is a continuous, closed-loop automated process. The system begins with the automatic feeding and oriented arrangement of PET preforms. The preforms enter an infrared heating furnace via a stainless steel conveyor belt, where they are uniformly heated in a precisely temperature-controlled, segmented heating zone to achieve an ideal plastic state. The heated PET preforms are then transferred to the blow molding die. During blow molding, high-pressure gas is injected in stages (pre-blowing, high-pressure blowing) to cause the preforms to expand and fit tightly against the mold cavity. Cooling water quickly shapes the product into the designed form. After molding, the products are conveyed to subsequent inspection, labeling, or filling stages. The entire process does not need human intervention; each station is controlled by PLC control. It achieves high speed and efficient conversion from preform to finished bottle.
