The four-platen clamping device of the fully automatic PET bottle blowing machine is based on mechanical clamping (elbow, double arm) and supplemented by a hydraulic system, which ensures the safety of the mold and the accuracy of the product during the high-pressure bottle blowing process. The machine features protection functions, including photoelectric protection, stroke protection, and automatic fault reporting. Once an operational error or failure occurs, an alarm will be issued, allowing the operator to identify and address the problem. Machinery customization for special products can be accepted, such as PET jars with large neck diameters, oil bottles with handle machines, etc.

Users can make the operation easy and reliable through setting, modifying, and displaying various process parameters of the PET bottle blowing machine using the touch screen. When the machine encounters a problem, the touch screen controller displays the cause of the failure, allowing maintenance personnel to repair it based on the displayed fault information. It improves maintenance efficiency and accuracy.
Efficiency leap, Precision stability
The servo motor's acceleration time from 0 to 2000 rpm only takes 50 ms, which reduces the bottle blowing cycle by 25~35%. For example, four servo one-out-of-two fully automatic bottle blowing machines produce 500ml mineral water bottles. The molding cycle can be reduced from 3.27 seconds to 2.4 seconds, and the production capacity of a single ten-hour working system is increased by about 8,000 bottles/day. The fast-response direct drive method eliminates the backlash problem of the traditional transmission system.

How Do You Perform Daily Maintenance On The Fully Automatic Bottle-Blowing Machine?
Before starting the automatic bottle-blowing machine, confirm that the power supply voltage is stable and the air source pressure meets the production requirements of the production line; keep the internal mirror of the mold clean and free of scratches, bottle holders, etc are clean and free of foreign matter; if replace and install a new bottle mold, confirm whether it is installed firmly and without looseness, and confirm whether the mold clamping line is installed in place without gaps; ensure that the lubricating oil level and coolant level are within the normal range. After the end of production every day, clean the dust and waste on the internal and external surfaces of the machine, such as the internal mirror of the mold, the residue of the bottle holders, etc., and wipe the mold with a soft cloth or mold cleaning agent, and do not use metal tools for scratching.
