The servo system achieves closed-loop control through a 23-bit high-resolution encoder, enabling accurate control of displacement trajectories for key actions such as opening and closing molds and stretching rods. Compared to traditional systems, position repeatability is improved by more than three times, which is particularly suitable for producing materials like PET that require high molding accuracy. The wall thickness deviation of the PET bottle can be controlled within ±3%.
