Plastic Bottle Mould

Plastic bottle mould is the core equipment for plastic bottle production. In terms of working principle, the mold injects molten plastic into the mold cavity through the injection molding machine, and forms a bottle embryo after cooling and shaping. For PET bottle embryos, hot runner technology is also required to achieve pressure balance to ensure uniform wall thickness of the bottle embryo. Subsequently, the bottle embryo is heated, stretched and blown to form the final bottle shape in the mold.

High Strength
The mold body is made of H13 hot-working mold steel, which is vacuum quenched and tempered to a hardness of HRC48-52 and a tensile strength of over 1600MPa, which is more than 30% higher than ordinary mold steel.

High Precision
The plastic bottle mould adopts a modular inlay structure. The core components such as the cavity and the core are processed by slow wire cutting technology, and the dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.005mm. The matching accuracy between the inlaid components reaches H7/g6, ensuring that the uniformity error of the plastic bottle wall thickness is less than 0.1mm.
