In mold injection molding production, if the product has continuous quality problems, such as dimensional deviation and flash, the engineer cannot solve the problem after adjusting the injection molding parameters, such as injection pressure and temperature. The wear of mold components, such as ejector, cavity, screw mouth, etc., should be checked in time to see if there are scratches, deformation, and cracks. If severely worn or damaged mold components or structural plates are found, they should be replaced or repaired in time. When designing the mold, Younce Mold took into account the convenience of customers for later maintenance and repair of the mold. The mold adopts a single-cavity self-locking structure. It only needs to remove four positioning self-locking screws and replace the damaged components with new components. Compared with the traditional mold structure, it saves time and labor and improves production efficiency.
