Handle Mould

Handle mould is a special tool used in industrial production to form handle parts. Its working principle is based on material forming theory: in the injection molding process, after the mold is closed, the molten plastic is injected into the cavity through the pouring system, and after cooling and solidification, the mold is opened to take out the molded handle; in the stamping process, the punch and the die cooperate to apply pressure to the metal sheet, causing it to undergo plastic deformation or separation, thereby obtaining the handle part of the desired shape.

High-hardness Alloy Material
The handle mould body is made of Cr12MoV alloy steel, with a Rockwell hardness of 60HRC, which is 20% harder than ordinary mould steel.

High Precision
The mould is milled by a five-axis machining center, and the key dimension tolerance is controlled within ±0.01mm. The structural strength is optimized through finite element analysis. Under the injection pressure of 150MPa, the mould deformation is less than 0.03mm, ensuring the consistency of the handle size produced, and the fit rate reaches 99.8%.
