Operation Process
1. Start-Up Procedure
Begin by turning on the main power supply and activating the control panel. Access the operation interface to set essential parameters such as the heating temperature, blowing pressure (typically between 2.0 and 4.0 MPa), and molding time.
2. Mold Setup and Debugging
When installing or replacing the mold, carefully adjust its position to guarantee that the clamping line is fully closed without any gaps. After adjustment, run the machine empty to observe the movements, ensuring the robotic arm and all actions are synchronized and functioning correctly before starting production.
3. Automatic Production
Once setup is complete, start the feeding system to load preforms into the heating track. Monitor the infrared heating furnace to ensure the preforms are heated evenly and softened to the required state. The machine will then automatically carry out the feeding, blowing, cooling, and demolding processes, with the finished bottles transported to the collection area seamlessly.
4. Shutdown Procedure
To safely shut down the machine, first stop the feeding system and clear any remaining preforms from the equipment. Then, turn off the heating system and allow the temperature to fall below 80°C before cutting off the main power. Finally, clean any plastic residue from the mold surface and apply a rust-preventive agent to protect the mold during periods of inactivity.
