Its double-crank clamping mechanism can steadily output a high clamping force, locking the mold extremely tightly, so there's no need to worry about air leakage during blow molding. Controlling the up-and-down movement of the tension rod is also a strength; by precisely coordinating with the rhythm of high-pressure blowing, it completes the axial stretching of the preform, ensuring the bottle's strength meets standards.

In actual operation, you'll find its response is indeed much smoother than pure pneumatic systems. For example, the mold opening and closing time for certain preform sizes can be reduced to less than 1.08 seconds, naturally improving the overall production pace. Moreover, these systems now generally use oil-free pump designs, with the execution parts relying on cylinders or hydraulic cylinders, eliminating oil contamination at the source and fully meeting the stringent hygiene standards for food-grade packaging. To ensure consistently stable output pressure, the machine is also equipped with a dedicated air tank and a matching cooling unit, which is particularly crucial for controlling the uniformity of bottle wall thickness. Significant progress has also been made in energy conservation.

Many variable pitch models have adopted linear hydraulic solutions, which can reduce overall energy consumption by more than 20%, making long-term operation much more economical and worry-free. In routine maintenance, we must habitually pay attention to the hydraulic oil level and the seals of various pipelines; any leaks must be dealt with immediately without negligence.

 

Furthermore, for critical components such as solenoid valves, it is generally recommended to clean them after every 3.5 million bottles produced to prevent impurities from obstructing and affecting the accuracy of operation-these seemingly insignificant details are precisely the key to ensuring the stable operation of the entire auto blowing machine.
