1. Daily Cleaning

After finishing production, wipe the machine box plate, mold clamping frame, automatic loading system, etc., with a soft cloth to remove oil and plastic debris. It can prevent impurities from entering the inner part of the machine. Before operating the machine, inspect the inside surface of the bottle mold for dust, waste material, etc. Ensure that the inside surface of the bottle mold is clean, free from material residue and dust, to prevent any impact on product quality.

2. Lubrication Parts Maintenance

Check the clamping shaft, clamping pins, gears & chains of the oven's preform drive system weekly to ensure they are functioning smoothly. Lubricate 15-30 days per time using lubricants that meet specified specifications. Avoid mixing different brands of lubricants to prevent chemical reactions.

3. Electrical System Inspection

Regularly check the wiring of the PET blow moulding machine microcomputer control box and the oven control cabinet. If there is any looseness or oxidation, tighten or replace it on time to ensure the machine operates stably. Clean the dust on the surface of the electrical components in time.

4. Safety Device Maintenance
Check the emergency stop switch of the blowing machine, the bottle mold closing detection position sensor, the automatic feeding sensor, and other protective devices daily to ensure they are functioning. Shut the machine down properly and shut it down immediately in the event of a malfunction. Avoid high-temperature areas of the machine when operating it to prevent burns. ‌

5. Regular Maintenance
Before operating the blow molding machine, check the compressed air supply pipeline. If leaks, immediately inspect the pipeline or connections, then replace the pipeline or tighten the connections as needed. If there is wastewater in the air tank, drain it immediately. During operation, pay attention to any unusual noises and investigate and resolve the cause immediately.
