The infrared multifunctional PET preform heating system is powered by the actual factory power supply of the customer; It can be customized. The heating system is divided into multiple layers of heating lamps and four heating zones. The heating is adjusted according to the actual production and the different sizes of the preforms. The electrical box is equipped with electric heating control elements. The preheating time is generally about 5-8 minutes. The temperature is transmitted to the temperature controller by the thermocouple for automatic temperature control so that the temperature in the heating box is stably controlled. The preform is placed and heated for a cycle before production. The specific temperature is adjusted according to the needs of the bottle forming.
