They consider comprehensive support structures, such as guide pillars, to minimize stress concentration and avert deformation and fatigue failures. The core and cavity are made of corrosion-resistant, high-strength, and thermally stable materials, including 3Cr13, S136, and AISI 632 (AISI 422). The sleeve is made from H13, while the template consists of materials like 718 and P20. Advanced processing equipment manufactures mold components, ensuring precise sizing of accessories. Processing equipment, such as MAZAK and EDM, is utilized to minimize assembly errors. Our engineers have extensive experience in processing and assembling molds. The cavity and core of the mold are made of S136 material. S136 material has 13~14% metallic chromium, making it an ideal mold steel with heat resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. In comparison, S136 has a corrosion resistance time in air that is 6~8 times that of ordinary carbon steel, and can maintain a long service life even in high temperature or relatively high humidity working environments. This improves the service life and stability of the mold.
