The cavity and core of the mold are made of S136 material. S136 material has 13~14% metallic chromium, making it an ideal mold steel with heat resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. In comparison, S136 has a corrosion resistance time in air that is 6~8 times that of ordinary carbon steel, and can maintain a long service life even in high temperature or relatively high humidity working environments. This improves the service life and stability of the mold.

The QC worker checks the machine and the mold production process during the inspection. All products must have been inspected and tested before delivery. We do inline inspection and final inspection.

1. Upon arrival at the factory, all processed steel raw materials, hot runner systems, and other assembly parts will be inspected.

2. All components are checked during production for origin, identification, and every detail.

3. All mold processing and assembly process details are checked during production.

4. All production quality and packing are checked on the final inspection after it is finished.
