Identify and confirm the eccentricity of the preform mold

1. Adjust the mold

1) Regulate the mold structure: For eccentricity caused by eccentricity of the feed gate hole, the mold needs to be corrected directly to ensure that the gate hole is accurately positioned to eliminate uneven cooling caused by eccentricity.

2) Adjust mold positioning: Check whether the mold is installed firmly and whether the positioning pins and positioning blocks are worn or loose. If necessary, readjust the mold positioning to ensure the installation accuracy of the mold on the injection molding machine.

2. Optimize injection molding parameters

1) Reduce holding pressure: Appropriately reduce the holding pressure to reduce the residual stress of the plastic in the mold, which helps to improve the eccentricity problem.

2) Increase injection speed: Increase the injection speed to make the plastic fill the mold more evenly and reduce the eccentricity caused by uneven filling.

3. Strengthen cooling and monitoring

1) Clean the water channel: Clean the mold water channel regularly to ensure that the cooling water flows smoothly and improves cooling efficiency.

2) Strengthen cooling: Appropriately increase the cooling water pressure to cool the mold more evenly and reduce eccentricity caused by uneven cooling.

3) Monitor cooling effect: Regularly check the cooled-water flow and return water temperature to ensure the normal operation of the cooled system, and promptly detect and deal with cooling abnormalities.
